Medical office manager in endocrinologist's office

Location: Hohokus, NJ
Hours: 9-5PM from June 2025-June 2026

Duties include:
- Patient intake
- Collecting medical records
- Managing the front desk and phone
- Communicating with patients, answering their questions
- Opportunity to assist with patient examinations
- Completing prior authorizations, communicating with pharmacy

This is a great opportunity to gain patient experience, learn the workings of a private practice medical office, learn a lot of medicine and endocrinology along the way.

Club e-board positions are open, along with opportunities to participate in projects like the Children’s Oral Health Book Project and the Dental Review at Columbia. Members will also be able to create and lead their own dental initiatives with support from the club’s resources, making it easier for students to take initiative in the dental field. Additional planned programs include speaker events, dental publications, volunteering, and pre-dental educational meetings.
