We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable assisting in both medical and cosmetic
dermatology procedures. This role combines clinical excellence with attentive patient service.
• Greet and prepare patients for dermatologic exams and procedures
• Assist the doctor during medical, surgical, and cosmetic treatments
• Clean and prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain supplies
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and skincare routines
• Support front-desk tasks as needed (scheduling, check-in/out, calls)
• Maintain a calm, welcoming presence and uphold high aesthetic and cleanliness standards
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) a plus but not necessary
• 1+ year of dermatology or aesthetics experience strongly preferred
• Certification in phlebotomy services a plus
• Ideal for candidate who is looking to pursue medical, nursing, dental, or PA school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
