A new research assistant position now available at Icahn School of Medicine in the Department of Oncological Sciences. Our team is exploring mind-body interventions as a way of increasing psychological well-being to hopefully improve the overall quality of life in the cancer setting.
We are in search of a highly motivated, enthusiastic assistant to join us on an NIHH-funded project focused on training psychosocial cancer care providers (e.g., psychologists, nurses, physicians) in an evidence-based intervention, combining cognitive-behavioral therapy and hypnosis, to help patients manage their cancer-related fatigue. For more information about the position, as well as details on how to apply, please see our posting found here: http://www.idealist.org/view/j ob/twMJdGwmMcxd/
The position requires a BA/BS in a relevant field and is a great opportunity for students wishing to pursue Graduate/Professional degrees in the future.
