The Mentor-in-Residence program provides an opportunity to learn about an industry from an industry expert. Dr. Anne Chew, Chief Operating and Strategic Officer, Executive Deputy Director for the Center for Cellular Immunotherapies at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine built a cell therapy program that partnered with Novartis to achieve FDA approval for the first CAR-T cell therapy for cancer.
