Research Fellowship (SURF) programs are 10-weeks summer programs that would run from June 2 to August 8, 2025. The program offers participants a $6,200 stipend along with free university housing. In addition to our traditional SURF program, we offer specialty SURF programs including SURF Physician-scientist program (SURF PS), SURF Cancer Research Program (SURF CR) and SURF Health Science Program (SURF HS). Along with the above four summer programs, we also offer the Post-Baccalaureate Research and Education (PREP-UP) program, which is a one year program that runs from June 2025 to May 2026. Stipend and other benefits are included along with the opportunity of taking two full-credit courses of free charge. Students will attend research seminars, participate in a student journal club, present their research, and participate in discussions on research career development and how to apply to graduate school.
