Opportunity: Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care seeking interns

Dear Students,

My name is Gabrielle Milner and I work with the Psychosocial Oncology Program/Bronx Oncology Living Daily (BOLD) Living Program of Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care. We provide free wellness services to Bronx residents who are affected by cancer in order to improve their quality of life: http://www.einstein.yu.edu/centers/cancer/support We are in high need of English/Spanish bilingual interns as well as anyone passionate about cancer support to help with oral translation at BOLD workshops and clinic/community outreach. The internship role is a great opportunity for students who would like to expand their bilingual skills in a professional setting while contributing in a meaningful way to support programs for cancer patients.

Attached is a flyer about our internships. In addition to this, we also welcome students who are interested in sharing talents, such as arts & crafts with our program participants. I can be reached at gabrielle.milner@einstein.yu.edu to discuss the positions further. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
