The Peer Career Advisor (PCA) program at Barnard College offers exceptional sophomores, juniors, and seniors the opportunity to contribute to and enhance the programs and services at the Beyond Barnard Office. The PCA staff is trained to assist fellow students with career exploration, resume and cover letter writing, interviewing, and job search strategies. They also serve as a bridge between the Beyond Barnard office and students, other offices, and departments and collaborate with Resident Assistants and student clubs to offer customized workshops to students.
