    Deadline Approaching: MSK Bridge Postbac

     MSK Bridge is a two-year post-baccalaureate research program for recent college graduates from historically underrepresented and underserved groups who intend to apply to biomedical PhD or MD-PhD programs upon completion of Bridge.


    MSK BRIDGE PROVIDES:
    • Research experience - immersion in biomedical research in cutting-edge laboratories at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), and an opportunity to give an oral presentation on your research project at the MSK Bridge symposium.
    • Community - intensive mentoring from faculty, graduate students, and postdocs.
    • Educational training - participation in the Gerstner Sloan Kettering Graduate School (GSK) cancer biology core course, professional development workshops and skills building classes, as well as research seminars and departmental talks.
    • Professional guidance - individualized career guidance and assistance with the graduate school application process from the Office of Scientific Education and Training.
    • Benefits – an annual stipend of $41,000, health benefits, and access to MSK rental housing.

    WHO SHOULD APPLY?
    We invite applications from current college seniors and recent graduates with a biomedically relevant Bachelor’s received within the last 3 years, and who are from historically underrepresented and underserved groups. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.

    Virtual Veterinary Medical School Admissions Fair

    VMCAS invites pre-veterinary students to attend the annual Veterinary Medical School Admissions Fair on March 31, 2022 from 11:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time. You can attend any time in those hours to chat live with veterinary school admissions officers from all over the world! Learn how to prepare and also speak with VMCAS application service representatives. Currently, there are 32 veterinary schools registered to participate.
