CU Charles Drew Pre-Medical Society
Hi everyone! We wanted to share some information about Charles Drew Pre-Medical Society, as this community has been incredibly helpful as we navigate Barnard & Columbia as premed students. Charles Drew is a community for underrepresented (Black, Latinx, and/or Indigenous) premedical students at Columbia University. We provide helpful resources, host informational panels, have supportive study breaks, have a mentorship program, and give advice for underrepresented premeds! We really encourage you to join Charles Drew, as this support system really makes a difference.
We meet every Thursday at 7:30pm. If you want more information about Charles Drew, joining the GroupMe, joining the listserv, or the meeting please feel free to email us or dm us on Instagram! Our email is cucharlesdrew@gmail.com and our Instagram is @cucharlesdrew
We hope to see you at our next meeting! :)

CU Pre-Vet Society General Body Meeting
Our club focuses on creating a community of Barnard and Columbia students who are interested in pursuing veterinary careers post-college (or just love animals!). This year, we hope to host panels (with Pre-Vet club alumni now enrolled in vet school, as well as current veterinarians), potentially visit some of the veterinary schools in the Northeast, meet with admissions reps, and most importantly, plan animal-themed outings and bonding events.
