Event: Barnard Pre-Dent Open House
The Barnard Association of Pre-Dental Students aims to sustain a support network of students on campus to further explore the dental profession. We provide students with programs, events, and activities, which educate members on topics pertinent to dental career interest and development. We would like to create a unified voice for pre-dental students on campus and bridge Barnard College with various dental schools in the greater Manhattan area.
Event: Barnard Writing Fellows host SECOND Personal Statement Workshop
Dear Students,
The Writing Fellows would like to invite all members of Cycle 2018 (students and alums), to a working group to begin to work on personal statements on Monday 4/23 at 7:15pm in Barnard 409. This workshop will provide a space to work together, discuss your ideas with Writing Fellows, and to strategize your personal statement. There will be snacks! Please feel free to come with vague ideas, an outline, or a draft! We look forward to seeing you. Please email writing@barnard.edu to RSVP, though you are also welcome to show up on the day of the workshop. Pre-health students that are not in the current application cycle but think they may benefit from a discussion of personal statements are also welcome to join!
Best,
