The Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) has just launched a National Mentorship Program to connect Latinx pre-medical students with medical student mentors for 1 on 1 mentorship.

Virtual Graduate School Fair This Friday

Beyond Barnard is hosting a graduate school fair this Friday, October 14th, 12:00 to 3:00 PM Eastern. 

Attendees can sign up for group sessions and/or individual chats with a wide range of grad schools, including:
  • MD and DO (Meharry Medical College, Penn State, Alabama COM, University of New England COM)
  • Public Health (Columbia, Johns Hopkins, Emory)
  • Postbacc and master's (Drexel, Eastern Virginia Medical School)
  • Pharmacy (Fairleigh Dickinson)
  • Podiatric medicine (New York College of Podiatric Medicine)

Preparing to Apply to Professional Programs in Summer 2023?

If you are planning to apply to medical or dental school in summer 2023, it's time to start thinking about your application process! 

To help you begin, Dr. Dye will host a Committee Process Overview on Monday, October 24, 5:30 - 6:30 PM. In this virtual session, you'll assess your readiness to apply to professional programs and learn about the timeline and components of Barnard's Committee application process. All prospective summer 2023 applicants to medical and dental programs are required to attend the presentation or view the recording.
