OUR ONE-YEAR PROGRAM OFFERS: A RIGOROUS CURRICULUM, including the biochemistry and physiology of macro and micronutrients, nutrition through the lifecycle, clinical and public health nutrition. AN INTENSIVE RESEARCH PROJECT that can be completed in basic science, clinical nutrition or public health nutrition, with a mentor chosen from more than 100 experts in their fields.
