Barnard students are invited to engage with a new initiative led by Hye-Jin Yun (BC' 15), third-year medical student and Class President at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
Hye-Jin currently helps oversee a mentoring program between first and third-year medical students, and is now initiating a Wonder Woman Passion Project featuring remarkable women (and occasionally men) in all aspects of healthcare and science. Many of the features will be Barnard alumni and there will be opportunities for live Q&A with current medical students for those who are premed or medical students in the preclinical years. This will be a creative way to witness a "day in the life" of a medical student and learn about the various ways to engage in the health field.
