Summer EMT Training Courses with Yeshiva University

This Summer of 2021, the Yeshiva University EMS club is organizing an emergency medical technician (EMT) program for undergraduate students. Due to the recent COVID-19 crisis, the need for EMTs during this time is paramount.


Tentative Dates:
*Classes will be mostly online with four in-person sessions for skills*

Summer 2021 - June Course:
5/31-6/17 (Zoom sessions 10-2pm)
In-person sessions will be on June 13-16. Practical State Exam 6/17

Summer 2021 - July Course:

7/5-7/22 (Zoom sessions 10-2pm)
In-person sessions will be on July 18-21. Practical State Exam 7/22

Summer 2021 - August Course:

8/2-8/19 (Zoom sessions 10-2pm)
In-person sessions will be on August 15-18. Practical State Exam 8/19

*Location will be at the YU midtown campus located at 245 Lexington Avenue*

*Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, location, dates, and times for these courses are subject to change*

Price: $1,500 + State Exam fee of $28

MINIMUM AGE IS 17 BY THE STATE EXAM 


Upon successful completion of the course, you'll get an EMT license by the NYS-DOH and BLS (CPR) by the AHA.
You will also be eligible to take the national EMT online NREMT exam after completing this course.
