Cohen Children’s Medical Center (CCMC) is offering clinical research internship opportunities in 9 different pediatric sub-specialty areas:
- Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics
- Emergency Medicine
- Cardiology
- Pulmonary Medicine & Cystic Fibrosis
- Neurology
- Anesthesia
- Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Nephrology
- Medical Genetics & Genomics
CCMC’s Summer internship program has grown steadily since 2012 based on the extraordinary feedback from past interns and the equally positive experience that clinical faculty have experienced while working with bright, highly talented, and motivated students.

Students may apply for an internship position in any or all of these 9 pediatric sub-specialty areas. The application deadline is program specific – with some deadlines in mid-February and others in early March. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their application as early as possible. The most promising candidates will, on a rolling basis, be invited to interview by Zoom. Notification of decisions will be made within weeks of the application deadline, if not sooner.
