Einstein Community Health Outreach (ECHO) Free Clinic is now accepting applications for the 2026 ECHO Pre-Health Summer Program, an 8-week enrichment opportunity for undergraduate, gap year, and post-baccalaureate pre-health students!
ECHO is a student-run free clinic in the Bronx that serves uninsured patients. The structured summer program integrates:
Saturday clinical volunteering at the ECHO Free Clinic as Patient Advocate, Interpreter, Front Desk Team, or Community Outreach
Virtual seminars on Health Systems & Health Equity
Research training culminating in a final poster symposium
In-person professional development
Individualized mentorship
